Departs from the terminus at Belgrave Railway Station and runs via Belgrave-Gembrook Road, Belgrave-Hallam Road, Benson Street, Blair Road, Best Street, Grey Street, Station Street and McNicol Road to Tecoma Railway Station, then via McNicol Road, Monbulk Road, Sandells Road, Blackwood Street, Acacia Avenue, Durang Avenue, Alexander Avenue, The Avenue, Mast Gully Road, Monbulk Road and Main Street to Upwey Railway Station, then via Main Street, Morris Road, Griffiths Road, Kooringal Road, Tasman Avenue, Forest Park Road, Morris Road, Glenfern Road, Monbulk Road and Main Street to the terminus at Upwey Railway Station.

Route 699 from Upwey to Belgrave
Departs from the terminus at Upwey Railway Station and runs via Main Street, Monbulk Road, Mast Gully Road, The Avenue and Alexander Avenue then via the reverse of the route described above to the terminus at Belgrave Railway Station.

Passengers Please Note:

• "H" School holidays: buses will leave the corner of Griffiths Road and Morris Road at 8.55 am via Morris Road direct to Upwey.
• "S" School days: buses will help children to get to and from school by running on to Glenfern Road - Morris Road Circuit as follows:
  Morning: Start 8.25 am from the corner of Main Street and Glenfern Road, via Glenfern Road, Morris Road, Upwey South Primary School (Morris Road Gate), Upwey Railway Station, Monbulk Road, Upwey Primary School, Upwey High School, Tecoma Primary School, St. Thomas More R.C. School Belgrave.
• Passengers from Griffiths Road section catch bus at the corner of Griffiths and Morris Roads at 8.40 am.
  Afternoon: Leave Belgrave 3.45 pm, Monbulk Road, Tecoma Primary School, Upwey High School, Upwey Primary School (Mahony Street Bus Stop), Upwey, Morris Road, Upwey South Primary School (Morris Road Gate), Glenfern Road.
• Saturday timetable will operate on Christmas and Boxing Day public holidays.
• There is no service on Sunday or Public Holidays.
