TOURS All tours are based on 40 students, however an extra 2-4 seats are available on some tours. Staff members are complimentary on a 1:10 ratio. Theme Park visits can be arranged at an additional cost (except tour No.11). Any tour with coach/air or air/coach carries the additional cost of returning the coach to its depot. Tasmanian schools should allow for additional costs to cover Air or Ferry transfers to and from the mainland. Some Victorian country schools may incur a small cost for transfer to and from their school. All meals on express journeys are at group own expense. Information A deposit of 10% is required to confirm any bookings or tour. Final payment is to be made 30 days prior to departure. NOTE: Early bookings are essential for some tours. Cancellations due to lack of numbers: 90 days prior to departure - Full refund of deposit will be made. 90 - 30 days prior to departure - 50% refund of deposit will be made. 30 days prior to departure - no refund of deposit will be made. NOTE:If individual cancellations are made, this will increase the cost of the tour by a small margin.

LUGGAGE Luggage must be limited to one sports bag or one sausage bag no heavier than 15 kgs, plus one day pack for inside the coach. MUST BRING LUGGAGE Sleeping bag and lilo rolled together, pillow, all eating utensils ie: plate, bowl, mug, knife and fork, dessert spoon, teaspoon, tea towel and a dilly bag to put everything in. CLOTHING As this is a camping tour, there is no need to bring the pretty pink dress or the three piece double breasted suit as they will be no good whatsoever! TOUR ARRANGEMENTS Any tour can be arranged so that you can fly in and out of your destination at an extra cost to the group. Any tour which has Coach/Air or Air/Coach carries the extra cost of returning the coach to its depot, unless it can be arranged for another group to fly in or out of your destination. Airline prices are current for 1997, but it is important to remember that until the air travel has actually been ticketed, airfares are subject to change at the airlines discretion. INSURANCE Optional insurance can be arranged at an additional cost to cover Personal Accident, Public Liability or Loss of Baggage.
